An associate in the Litigation Department, Andrew Topal represents public companies and their executives in litigation arising under the securities laws in both trial and appellate courts. He represents clients across the entire life cycle of securities litigation, including in pre-complaint investigations, motions to dismiss, discovery, class certification, summary judgment and settlement negotiations. 

Andrew has substantial trial and dispute resolution experience and has helped manage large-scale, multi-jurisdictional litigations.
