An associate in the Litigation Department, Benjamin Apfel focuses on complex commercial disputes, shareholder derivative suits and M&A litigation. Benjamin has represented companies and boards of directors in breach of fiduciary duty actions in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also counsels clients on corporate governance and related advisory matters. 

Benjamin maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on matters arising under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act and the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
