An associate in the Litigation Department, Brae Dozier focuses on a range of complex civil litigation and regulatory defense matters. Brae has represented clients from the financial services and life sciences sectors in a wide variety of commercial disputes, class actions and appellate matters involving breach of contract, antitrust and securities litigation. 

Brae was a senior staff editor of the Howard Law Journal.
