Christian Airhart is an associate in the Investment Funds Group. He focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, infrastructure and real estate funds, as well as co-investments and separately managed accounts.

Christian also advises fund managers on regulatory and compliance matters, management company “upper tier” arrangements, asset management M&A transactions, seeding arrangements and secondary transactions.
