Christie Mayberry is an associate in the Litigation Department focusing on complex commercial and civil litigation. Christie has handled complex civil cases at all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and has represented clients in expedited M&A post-closing and shareholder disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She has represented major companies in a variety of industries, including technology, private equity, financial services, sportswear, and transportation. 

Christie also has appellate experience before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Tenth Circuits, and the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court, First Judicial Department. She also has a robust pro bono practice focusing on criminal defense and asylum claims.
