David advises private equity and strategic clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, restructurings, equity financings and corporate governance matters. He has experience advising clients in a broad cross-section of industries, including healthcare, IT/technology, financial services, entertainment, automotive services, restaurant/beverage, telecommunications and travel.
