Erika Hoglund is an associate in the White Collar & Regulatory Defense Practice Group focusing on government investigations brought by state and federal regulators. Erika has experience conducting internal investigations and litigating a wide range of complex civil and criminal matters, including antitrust class actions, securities class actions and False Claims Act cases.

Erika’s pro bono work focuses on defending criminal prosecutions in federal court and providing direct services to individuals in partnership with Bay Area organizations.

Erika serves as a writing coach for first-year law students at Stanford Law School. She served as a senior editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights & Civil Liberties and as co-president of the Stanford Public Interest Law Foundation.
