An associate in the Litigation Department, Eva Gao represents clients in complex and high-stakes disputes at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts, including in procedurally complex class actions and multi-district litigations. She has experience in a wide range of substantive areas, including antitrust matters, securities cases, complex commercial litigation and employment disputes. Eva has advised leading companies in the fields of asset management, finance, payments, technology and energy, among others.
Eva maintains a substantial pro bono practice focused on death penalty, criminal appellate and civil rights representations.
