Hannah Wilson is a partner in the Investment Funds Group. Hannah focuses on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds and other types of alternative asset funds.
Hannah has experience advising clients on a wide range of fund formation issues, including the development and marketing of funds to global investors and related regulatory and compliance matters. She advises fund managers on all aspects of the business of alternative asset management, including upper-tier arrangements, carried interest and co-investment arrangements, asset management M&A transactions and regulatory issues relating to private funds and fund sponsors. She also advises sponsors on secondary transactions, co-investments and separately managed accounts, as well as other related matters.
