Harshini Kanduru is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, with a primary focus on asset management M&A. Harshini often advises public and private investment management firms, broker-dealers and other financial services businesses in mergers, acquisitions and other large-scale strategic transactions, as well as investors and firms in GP stakes and other minority investment transactions.
Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Harshini was an M&A associate at another leading international law firm in New York City.
