Harshini Kanduru is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, with a primary focus on asset management M&A.  Harshini often advises public and private investment management firms, broker-dealers and other financial services businesses in mergers, acquisitions and other large-scale strategic transactions, as well as investors and firms in GP stakes and other minority investment transactions. 

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Harshini was an M&A associate at another leading international law firm in New York City.

• Apollo Global Management in:
  • its approximately $1.5 billion acquisition of Bridge Investment Group Holdings
  • its acquisition of Argo Infrastructure Partners
• Brookfield Asset Management in multiple transactions, including:
  • in its strategic partnership with Angel Oak Companies
  • in its $1.5 billion strategic partnership with Castlelake
• Brinley Partners in a $4 billion commitment as part of a strategic partnership with a leading U.S. insurance company
• Declaration Partners in establishing a continuation fund partnership with Lombard Odier Investment Managers
• General Atlantic in its investment in Creative Planning
• Hall Capital Partners in its merger with Pathstone
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of Boundary Street Capital
• Oak Hill Capital portfolio company Metronet in its sale to a joint venture between T-Mobile and KKR
• Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, in the $2.49 billion all-cash sale of a majority stake in its internal business and administrative services, Community Oncology Revitalization Enterprise Ventures, to McKesson Corporation
