Jason Wong is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Structured Finance & Securitizations Group. He has deep experience in asset-backed securitizations, forward flows, and whole-business and infrastructure securitizations. Jason regularly advises clients in connection with securitizations involving a diverse range of assets, including crypto assets, data centers, music royalties and fintech-originated loans.
