An associate in the Litigation Department, Joseph DaSilva has litigated antitrust class and enforcement actions across a range of industries, including sports, music, video games, financial products and services, and crop protection. Joseph has experience at every stage of litigation, including through trial and appeal.
Joseph’s experience also includes litigating securities class actions, employment disputes, shareholder actions and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. He has represented clients in investigations brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
