An associate in the Litigation Department, Kelsey Peden has experience litigating a wide range of matters, including high-stakes commercial disputes, internal investigation, multidistrict mass torts litigation and consumer protection claims. She focuses on complex civil litigation, appellate advocacy and cross-border enforcement matters.
Kelsey has published articles on international sanctions and cross-border enforcement in the American University International Law Review, the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and the Berkeley Journal of International Law. In law school, she served as senior executive editor for Ecology Law Quarterly. She maintains an active pro bono practice.
