Lauren Katz is an associate in the Environmental Law Group. She focuses on environmental transactional law and has substantial experience advising and supporting clients during all stages of a deal, from pre-acquisition assessments of potential environmental risk to post-closing management of environmental matters. She has advised leading private equity firms as well as both public and private companies in the industrial manufacturing, consumer goods and services, infrastructure and energy sectors, among others.
