An associate in the Private Equity M&A Group, Megan Gairns advises private equity and financial sponsor clients on all forms of cross-border M&A and portfolio transactions. Based in the London office, her practice encompasses a wide range of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, restructurings, and capital raisings.

Megan spent time as a legal secondee to Bain Capital Credit in 2022.
