Michael Slobom is an associate in the Litigation Department whose practice focuses on high-stakes corporate and commercial disputes. He represents clients in a broad range of complex matters, with a particular emphasis on M&A and corporate governance litigation, including stockholder actions and post-closing contractual disputes. Michael has experience handling all phases of trial-level litigation, particularly in the Delaware courts, and has represented clients across a variety of industries, including technology, private equity, financial services, energy and telecommunications.
Before joining the firm, Michael was an associate in the corporate and commercial litigation group of a prominent Delaware law firm. In law school, Michael served as editor-in-chief of the Dickinson Law Review.
