An associate in the Litigation Department, Ricardo Sabater represents clients in a broad range of civil matters, including complex commercial and contractual disputes, M&A-related litigation and sensitive internal investigations. He also advises clients on complex regulatory frameworks, including the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Ricardo has experience in both arbitration and at trial.
