Robert Klein is an associate in the Litigation Department focusing on white collar defense and complex civil litigation. Robert has advised leading companies across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, transportation, professional sports, technology and manufacturing.

Robert has experience advocating for clients in federal and state courts, in appellate courts, and in government and internal investigations. He has advised several clients in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and has defended False Claims Act actions. Robert’s pro bono practice focuses on voting rights.
