An associate in the Litigation Department, Rosie has experience litigating a wide range of high-stakes commercial matters, conducting internal investigations, and defending individuals facing potential or actual criminal charges. Her work also includes counseling companies on cybersecurity and privacy issues, including preparing for and navigating security breaches. Rosie has represented leading companies and executives in the fields of technology, finance, sports, and entertainment, helping clients navigate reputation-threatening investigations, business disputes, and media scrutiny. Her pro bono work focuses on defending criminal prosecutions in federal court and combatting gun violence.

Rosie currently serves as Chair of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Leadership Development Committee – Northern California Chapter. She previously served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Criminal Law Review at Georgetown University Law Center, where she received her J.D. Rosie graduated with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a B.A. in political science and environmental studies.
