Ryan Arredondo is an associate in the Investment Funds Group focusing on investment management regulation. Ryan advises asset managers, including private fund managers, on legal, regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to U.S. federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Advisers Act. Ryan regularly advises registered investment advisers on complex M&A transactions and Securities and Exchange Commission examinations,  as well as on updated SEC guidance, rules and regulations.

In addition to his work in the Investment Funds Group, Ryan regularly engages in pro bono matters, including matters focusing on veterans, voting rights and immigration.
