An associate in the Litigation Department, Ryan Zehner advises clients in complex commercial matters in both federal and state courts, as well as in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. He has litigated both trial- and appellate-level matters spanning a variety of fields, including commercial, employment, securities and white collar defense. Ryan also regularly advises clients on litigation due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
Ryan maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on both immigrant and veteran advocacy.
While in law school, Ryan was a publishing editor of the Cornell Law Review.
