An associate in the Litigation Department, Yoosun Koh focuses on white collar and government enforcement defense, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation.

Yoosun previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, where she investigated and prosecuted federal crimes, including white collar crimes. She recently obtained a successful result in a federal jury trial after delivering the opening statement, rebuttal argument and examining expert witnesses.

Prior to serving as an AUSA, Yoosun was an associate at a global New York-based firm where she focused on white collar and government enforcement defense.
