As counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Private Funds Group, Allison Muth concentrates her practice on the formation, launch and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, distressed and credit funds, hybrid funds, hedge funds, and co-investment vehicles, and their respective management companies. She also regularly advises investment management clients on regulatory compliance issues related to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
