Allie is a counsel in the Finance Group where her practice centers on advising asset managers, their investment funds, and other market participants on a broad spectrum of fund finance transactions. She has extensive experience in borrower and lender-side fund finance and structured finance transactions, regularly representing clients in capital call (subscription) facilities, single and multi-asset NAV facilities, secondaries facilities, hybrid facilities, back leverage facilities, GP and management company financings, rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, ABLs, and preferred equity solutions.
Allie was named a "Rising Star" by the Fund Finance Association in 2025 in recognition of her contributions to the fund finance market.
Allie earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law’s evening division while working full time at CBS News’s 60 Minutes.
