Anastasia V. Peterson is Co-Chair of the Financial Services Group and a partner in the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on representing affiliates of Apollo Global Management and other alternative asset management firms and their platforms in a broad range of transactions including Financial Services acquisitions and strategic initiatives, leveraged buyouts, alternative asset structured financings, warehouse, fund and holdco financings, securitizations and OTC derivatives.

Anastasia provides strategic, transactional and financing advice. She works with virtually all types of corporate, structured and financial products, including leveraged loans, warehouse and repo facilities, forward flow agreements, receivables and origination arrangements, preferred equity, margin loans, holdco financings, subscription facilities, NAV facilities and hybrid credit facilities. Anastasia also has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of OTC derivatives for hedging, investment and financing purposes, as well as advising on compliance and regulatory requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act. Anastasia’s practice includes both domestic and cross-border transactions.
