Ben is a partner in the Antitrust Department where he advises public and privately owned clients on the antitrust aspects of complex transactions across the full transaction lifecycle, covering a wide range of industries, including energy, agriculture, industrials, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. As part of his M&A advisory practice, he regularly works with clients to develop strategies for obtaining U.S. and global antitrust clearances and represents clients in merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Ben also represents clients in antitrust conduct investigations and civil litigations involving federal and state antitrust regulators as well as private parties. He frequently provides counsel on a variety of general antitrust matters, including pricing and distribution arrangements, joint ventures and industry collaborations, and interlocking directorates.
Ben was named a “Stand-Out Lawyer” by Thomson-Reuters (2025-2026).
