Christopher Machera is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity M&A Group. His practice focuses on representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, dispositions, strategic mergers, joint ventures, investments and other strategic transactions.
