A partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group, Danielle Penhall represents clients in a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings, liability management transactions and debt restructurings.
Danielle has been involved in various matters involving Apollo Global Management and their portfolio companies, including Atlas Air, Brightspeed, Invited, Cox Media Group, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, IGT, Michaels, Trace3, One Toronto Gaming, Rackspace, The Venetian, Shutterfly, West Corporation, The University of Phoenix and Yahoo!, among others.
Danielle has also worked on various matters involving ADT, Crown Castle, Golden West Packaging Group and QXO, among others.
