As a partner in the Litigation Department, Donna Ioffredo has been involved in a variety of complex commercial litigations, with a focus on antitrust litigation and white collar matters, including DOJ and SEC investigations and a number of internal investigations involving companies in various industries.
Donna has considerable experience providing counsel to domestic and international clients regarding various antitrust issues, and anti-corruption and compliance concerns.
Donna graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors and served as the Chief Notes Editor of the Texas Law Review.
