He has represented many of the industry’s leading private equity firms, including Bain Capital, BC Partners, BDT & MSD Partners, Hg Capital, Investindustrial, KKR, Siris Capital, Stone Point Capital, Stonepeak, Strategic Value Partners, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Warburg Pincus, among others.
