Jake Glazeski is a counsel in the firm’s Executive Compensation Group, advising investment fund clients on the ERISA and Title I aspects of a broad range of funds products.

Jake represents clients including private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, asset managers, banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, plan service providers, insurance companies, securitization vehicles, financial product providers, swap participants, and plan sponsors, committees and trustees.

Jake works alongside attorneys in the Paul, Weiss Private Funds group, advising on complex ERISA and Title I aspects of fund formation matters, including compliance with fiduciary rules, “plan asset” issues, establishing and maintaining VCOC and REOC status, related party concerns, and prohibited transactions considerations and exemptions.
