Kirk Anderson is a partner in the Investment Fund Group. Kirk has over a decade of experience advising investment funds and specializes in the formation and operation of private funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, insurance-related products, single-investor vehicles and co-investment vehicles.

Kirk regularly guides investment fund clients on all matters related to their business, including compliance, internal governance and risk management. Kirk also has extensive experience advising on “upper-tier” and management company issues. During his career, Kirk spent time as in-house counsel at a major asset management firm, where he focused on matters of fund investments and global regulatory compliance.
