A counsel in the European Capital Solutions & Restructuring Group, Lauren has extensive experience representing creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners in cross-border and domestic restructurings and insolvencies. Lauren leads technical business development initiatives for the European Restructuring team and supports them in their transactions.

The Legal 500 UK recognizes Lauren as a “Key Lawyer” for Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency. She is also a member of several finance and law organizations, including INSOL, 100 Women in Finance, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA), the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and R3. Additionally, Lauren serves as a member of the ILA Technical Committee.
