Matthew Benedetto is a counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His practice focuses on representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including including leveraged buyouts, dispositions, strategic mergers, take-privates, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments and other strategic transactions.
