  • Apollo on the financial restructuring of one of its portfolio companies, Reno de Medici, a leading recycled carton board manufacturer based in Italy
  • An ad hoc group of lenders on the financial restructuring of Seqens, a global pharmaceutical solutions and specialty ingredients company headquartered in France
  • Graanul Invest, a leading European producer of sustainable wood pellets, on the A&E of its €630 million of senior secured notes and €100 million super senior RCF
  • Kem One, a leading European chlorovinyls producer, on the negotiation and execution of a new €200m financing
  • An ad hoc group of bondholders of Consolis, a leading provider of precast concrete solutions, on its consensual recapitalization
  • An ad hoc group of secured and unsecured creditors of Digicel Group, the leading provider of mobile phone networks and home entertainment services in 25 markets across the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific, in its restructuring of over $5.4 billion of debt
  • Fortenova Group, a food producer and retailer in Croatia and the surrounding region, on a significant recapitalisation transaction
  • Nordic Trustee AS, acting on behalf of the DOF Subsea bondholders, in a restructuring of the financial indebtedness of DOF ASA and its subsidiaries
  • Noble Group, a leading commodities trading business in Asia, in relation to the deleveraging and reorganization of its TradingCo business resulting in a debt for equity swap of approximately $1bn of financial indebtedness, implemented by way of a share pledge enforcement
