King

As counsel in the Litigation Department, Phoebe H. King’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and white collar and regulatory defense. She represents clients in regulatory and internal investigations and has significant experience litigating in federal and state courts across a range of high stakes matters. Phoebe has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her expertise in criminal defense (2023, 2024) and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for business litigation (2024-2026).

Phoebe worked at an international law firm before rejoining the firm as counsel.

Phoebe graduated from New York University School of Law, where she was senior notes editor for the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where she received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Law Letters and Society.
