Rachel Phillips is a partner in the Capital Markets Group. Rachel’s practice encompasses a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She represents public companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, underwriters and selling shareholders in their most critical and challenging transactions and governance issues. She also advises issuers in Canada and other countries on listing and offering securities
in the United States.

Rachel is recognized in Legal 500 (2023-2026) and in IFLR100 (2023-2026). She was named a New York Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2016-2019).
