A counsel in the Litigation Department, Robert O'Loughlin has experience in a broad range of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His matters include antitrust, bankruptcy, contract, fraud, securities and corporate governance actions. He also has experience with investigations and regulatory actions involving the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering compliance.

Robert’s clients include financial institutions, a major payment network, and technology and entertainment companies. He also has an active pro bono practice, highlighted by his representation of a class of persons with mental illness residing in adult homes in New York City who have brought claims against the state of New York for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
