Ryan Starstrom is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ryan focuses his practice on a range of corporate matters and regularly advises in the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private equity investments and joint ventures on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds and other entities and institutions.
