For the eighth consecutive year, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) has awarded Paul, Weiss its US Gold Standard Certification for the advancement and promotion of women lawyers. WILEF grants US Gold Standard status to firms of 300+ attorneys that meet objective criteria concerning the percentage of women equity partners, equity partners who are women of color and those who identify as LGBTQ+, women lawyers holding various firm leadership positions, and women who are in the top half of the firm’s equity partners in terms of compensation. Paul, Weiss met all criteria for 2022.
