We have a comprehensive approach to helping our women lawyers thrive and grow.

  • Firmwide Women’s Network open to all lawyers interested in joining. The Women’s Network holds lunch & learns, workshops, career chats with partners and clients, fitness classes, wine tastings, book clubs and other social events all meant to give women and their allies opportunities to form a stronger community.
  • Women's Mentoring Program for midlevel women associates. The program features one-to-one matching with a partner mentor and a formal curriculum meant to enhance the mentees’ women career development skills, as well as social outings and events to strengthen the cohesiveness of the women at this stage in their careers.
  • WIC Dinners: Partners on the Women’s Initiatives Committee host a small group dinner at their home or other venue. These dinners are purposely small, allowing women the opportunity to spend an evening with other women associates and a partner in their relevant practice group.
  • The Women's Initiatives Committee hosts panel discussions and receptions for women summer associates, including the signature summer event “Pathways to Partnership,” a lively and candid discussion with women partners, representing both corporate and litigation practices, about how they built their careers at Paul, Weiss.
