The firm was nominated for its work advising Stonepeak on the financing aspects of its joint venture with CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, to launch UNITED PORS LLC, led by corporate partners Eric Wedel, Ben Steadman and Caroline Epstein. Honorees will be recognized in September.
