Paul, Weiss Wins Two M&A Advisor Deal of the Year Awards

The M&A Advisor named Paul, Weiss the winner in two categories of the publication’s 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards. The firm was recognized in the “M&A Deals of the Year (over $5 billion)” category for its role advising QXO, Inc., in its acquisition of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., led by corporate partners Nickolas Bogdanovich, Stan Richards, David Huntington and Scott Barshay; and in the “M&A Deals of the Year ($1 billion to $5 billion)” category for its representation of ZT Systems in its acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., led by corporate partners Chelsea Darnell and James Langston.
