Private Equity News named London Office Co-Heads Roger Johnson and Neel Sachdev to its “Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers 2026” list for the third consecutive year. The publication, which annually recognizes the top legal minds working in the buyout sector, highlighted Roger and Neel’s leadership of the London-based deals and finance teams, which handled European buyouts collectively worth $55 billion and sponsor-side financings with a combined deal value of $106 billion, respectively. The publication also highlighted Roger and Neel’s continued success building out the London office, including further developing its digital infrastructure and M&A talent.
