Corporate partners Scott Barshay and Ben Goodchild were named to The American Lawyer’s 2026 “Dealmakers of the Year” list for their work advising Metsera, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company accelerating the next generation of medicines for obesity and cardiometabolic diseases, on its $10 billion acquisition by Pfizer. This marks the ninth consecutive year that Paul, Weiss lawyers have been recognized in this series, which honors the attorneys leading the year’s biggest and most newsworthy deals.
