AMG Increases Investment in Garda Capital Partners

Paul, Weiss is advising AMG, a strategic partner to leading independent investment management firms worldwide, in its acquisition of an additional minority equity interest in Garda Capital Partners LP, a leading liquid alternatives manager specializing in fixed income relative value strategies and an AMG affiliate since 2019.

Under the terms of the deal, AMG will remain a minority investor in Garda. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partner Matthew Collin and David Hepp, and includes tax partner Lindsay Parks.
