Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo-managed funds on the financing and antitrust aspects of the sale of an approximately 30% minority stake in their portfolio company Miller Homes, one of the largest privately owned UK housebuilders by annual completions, to Japanese construction and real estate company Daiwa House. The transaction, announced on September 17, is expected to close later this year, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial details were not disclosed.
