Atlantic Park Invests in M2M Services

Paul, Weiss advised Atlantic Park, the strategic capital franchise of General Atlantic, on its investment in M2M Services, a global provider of alarm communications, secure connectivity and smart IoT solutions for the professional security and life safety industry. Financial details were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Stefan Arnold-Soulby and Rohan Dey, and included tax partners Cian O’Connor, Lindsay Parks and Kyle O’Sullivan; intellectual property partner John Patten and counsel Georgina Hoy; and antitrust partner Annie Herdman.
