Birkenstock Completes €900 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Birkenstock on its issuance of €900 million of senior notes. Proceeds of the offering were used to refinance existing debt, to finance share repurchases and for general corporate purposes.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Neel Sachdev, Matthew Merkle and Kanesh Balasubramaniam, and included tax partners Timothy Lowe, Lindsay Parks, Cian O’Connor and Rohit Pisal and counsel Samir Kunari.
