Genstar Capital to Acquire Vector Solutions From Golden Gate Capital

Paul, Weiss advised Golden Gate Capital in the sale of a majority stake of its portfolio company Vector Solutions to Genstar Capital. Vector is a leading provider of industry-focused software solutions for training, risk management, workforce management and operational readiness. Golden Gate will remain a significant shareholder in the business. The transaction is expected to close in the next 45 days.
